FHC Cleaning
FHC Cleaning is run by the staff that you know and love from Focused Health Care. However, now we will have a dedicated team of cleaning specialists to keep your space looking spick and span.

You might experience a sudden decrease in function after a surgery or illness, but it could also be a slow process where your energy drops over time, making it tricky to perform tasks that used to be easy. You might find it difficult to change the doona cover and sheets, mop the floors, or reach the ceiling fans to safely dust them.

Who will this service be available to?
This service is available to anybody who would like Home Care cleaning services to support them to live independently. It is available to you whether you are currently a clients of Focused Healthcare or not.
What can the cleaning include?
We provide general cleaning services in areas of your home including bathrooms, lounge rooms, kitchens and bedrooms. You can let us know what you prefer to be done, or what you would like us to focus on. We can clean windows, dust your picture frames, help you with spring cleaning, clean your grout and help you to finally clean in those hard-to-reach spaces.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use non-toxic cleaning chemicals, microfibre cloths, and vacuum cleaners that have 99.9% filters, which means that they don’t extract bad air for clients with respiratory problems. We are very careful to be considerate of the needs of our clients and want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable.
Can I access government funding for these services?
Depending on the type of funding you have, the answer is yes! You may be able to access funding for cleaning services in Brisbane North, Moreton Bay & Townsville from a Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), or Home Care Package. These aim to support you to continue living at home and provide you with assistance to complete cleaning and chores around the house and garden.
There is a possibility you could access funding under some NDIS Plans. If you would like to find out if you could access these services, contact your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.
