Our Palliative Care Services
Palliative care aims to help you have a good quality of life when you’re living with a terminal illness. The illness can’t be cured, but palliative care can help to manage pain, provide personal care, support families and provide emotional, spiritual and psychological support
In-home Palliative Care Nursing
Our palliative care nurses support you and your family to manage the physical, emotional, social, cultural and spiritual aspects of terminal illness with skill, dignity and respect.
We work in consultation with your doctors and include your family and loved ones, often supporting them through the process.

END OF LIFE MANAGEMENT
A ‘good death’ means something different to everyone. We find out what it means to you and respect your wishes, aiming to relieve your pain and ease your suffering so that you can die in your own home if that is your preference.
ACCESSING SERVICES
There are several ways to access in-home palliative care nursing. You may be able to use funding from your NDIS Plan, DVA Community Nursing money, or Home Care Package (though extra hours may be at your own cost). You may also use the palliative care service as a private client, funding your own care.
While there are different ways to access our in-home palliative care nursing, you will always receive the same high-quality care delivered with compassion.
COSTS AND ELIGIBILITY
The cost of our in-home palliative care nursing services may vary depending on your needs and funding arrangements. There’s too much variability for us to provide a dollar amount here. We’re able to give you a full quote when we know your funding arrangements and care needs.
